Obama’s Settled Science Says So

Barack Obama is keeping up his campaign to fan the embers of the dying of Anthropogenic Global Warming boondoggle, this time with a Twitter campaign #ScienceSaysSo, this is presumably a reference to Obama’s very own science, a science that relies upon Liberal Green political consensus, rather than the real type of science that relies on observed empirical evidence.

Back in 2009 the science was settled for Obama, so 4 years down the road the science is even more settled.

As with all attempts to use social media to keep the fear of CO2 alive, the protagonists just end up preaching to the converted and attracting a lot of flack, just look at what has happened twice to Al Gore and his 24 hours of Climate Fantasy.

This latest failed attempt is unique in that apart from receiving a lot of attention from people who don’t buy into the man made climate change meme, it also attracted criticism from Lady Gaga’s fans:

Barack Obama is using his second term to take a hard line on climate change.

He has delivered speeches in sweltering heat, waged war with sceptical Republicans over the future of the Environmental Protection Agency, and raised the hopes of campaigners that he might reject the Keystone XL Pipeline.

But last night, he cemented his commitment to fighting climate change in the only way that really matters: a no-holds-barred rampage on Twitter.

It’s unclear whether the President personally took time out from leading the free world to fire off the messages.

The Boy King taking time off from a holiday to Tweet about Climate Change is about as likely as Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) being true.

Obama is currently on holiday in Massachusetts and always being one to demonstrate his Green credentials has hired a private jet to fly his dog out to join him.

What did you expect?

In the brave new world of Obama and the watermelons all people will be Green, it’s just some people will be more Green than others and need to fly their dogs around in planet destroying aircraft.

By now most people must have gathered that Green and Liberal are just synonyms for hypocrite.

But what’s clear is that his 35 million followers were bombarded with a series of tweets reinforcing Obama’s belief in climate science, which he said was as conclusive as it is on gravity, and his determination to tackle the subject during his second term as president.

Gravity exists. The Earth is round. Climate change is happening. #ScienceSaysSo

To be fair you can’t fault the Tweet, the earth is round, though ironically the Flat Earth Society believe in AGW, and the climate has always changed.

At one stage, followers were asked to retweet him if they believed “Climate change is real, and it’s time for us to act.” At the time of writing, 5,732 have responded to the President’s Twitter directive.

Retweet if you agree: Climate change is real, and it’s time for us to act. #ScienceSaysSo

5732 retweets from 35,000,000 followers no doubt about it, his message on climate change really resonated with his followers.

“Check out our list of known climate deniers in Congress-elected officials who refuse to even acknowledge the science behind climate change—and call them out on Twitter,” it instructs.

Well the #ScienceSaysSo Twitter timeline has gone the way of the Climate Reality project, but the biggest laugh concerns Lady Gaga:

While Obama could probably have anticipated the responses of the climate deniers, on this occasion he faced criticism from a slightly more unusual quarter: the Lady Gaga fandom.

The outburst coincided with the release of Lady Gaga’s new single, Applause. With almost 40 million followers, her online popularity surpasses that of Obama, and many were torn between supporting the national climate change agenda and listening to the singer’s latest offering.

@BarackObama keeps tweeting about climate change but I really just want to hear his opinion on the new @ladygaga single. #Applause

So much for Climate Change being an issue for younger generations, a new Lady Gaga song beats the crap out of Barry Obama’s message on AGW, hands down.

  1. Like I said earlier , the most corrupt administration in American history

  2. FALSE : “The Boy King taking time off from a holiday to Tweet about Climate Change”
    – Obama does operate his own mouth
    – But and this is important, he does not operate his own Twitter account
Look it up & you’ll find that more than 6 months ago @BarackObama was handed over to an activist organisation “Organizing for Action” to run
    – that’s why there are some strange tweets :
    – Lew’s new fake 97% study was hyped by the @BarackObama account, when in fact BO himself probably never read it.

  3. I’m afraid I have to correct something in this article. Obama didn’t “hire” an aeroplane to airlift his pooch to Massachusetts. He commandeered a military aircraft. I can guarantee he didn’t spend a single brass farthing of his own money in the process.

The dog is called “Bo”. The Narcissist-in-Chief even named his own s***ing dog after himself.
