Dr Patrick Moore The Sensible Environmentalist

Dr Patrick Moore was one of the co-founders of Green NGO, Greenpeace, for several years Moore was chairman of Greenpeace in Canada, until he became concerned at the political direction Greenpeace was taking, and left the NGO.

Moore describes himself now, as a sensible environmentalist who is really concerned about protecting the environment, believes in sustainable development as an environmental objective, not the political sustainable development of the UN and Rio+20.

In January this year Moore upset the Greens when he spoke about wind power “The industry is a destroyer of wealth and negative to the economy”.

Then in July Moore caused more Green righteous anger when he attacked the warmists for their fear of CO2“These people are either completely naive about the relationship between CO2 and plants or they are making this up as a way of “deflecting attention from the lack of warming for the past 15 years.”

Now in an interview with Joseph Cotto of the Washington Times Moore has this to say:

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has come in for repeated criticism of its scientific methods, peer review process and cherry picking of data to reinforce the scam that is Anthropogenic Global Warming.

To date there have been 2 books that have exposed the underhand dealings going on at the IPCC Andrew Montfort’s “The Hockey Stick Illusion” and Donna Laframboise’s  recent work “The Delinquent Teenager Who Was Mistaken for the World’s Top Climate Expert“.

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), has been caught out again using environmental propagandists as lead authors on its warming alarmist lies key reports.

The latest comedy fantasy work from IPCC/Greenpeace claims that renewable energy sources could provide 77% of the world’s energy needs, by 2050.

Impressive if true, but as usual hidden away in the small print is the proviso that world energy consumption would have to decline 40% in real terms, the report was released in May 2011, the supporting documents June 2011, sufficiently late enough to ensure that all would be remembered is the 77% renewables lie.

Flannery is the new “climate commissioner” of Australia and a long-time, major hysterical, global warming alarmist. Following the results in US mid-term elections and the subsequent change in the balance of power in the House of Representatives the  warming alarmists have been under attack by the Republicans who are out for blood and more specifically, heads on poles.

With his Cap n’ Trade bill dead Obama was trying to use the EPA to force Cap n’ Trade by the back door, which has resulted in an increasing number of  law suits against the EPA

There is a definite connection between Obama and Google that was seen from Obama’s first post election press conference where Google CEO Eric Schmidt was at Obama’s side.

As Cap n’ Trade died and post November 2010 the balance of power shifted, Obama has resorted to using the tried and trusted methods of the left to ignore the democratic process, use stealth and the back door to achieve your objectives. With the EPA increasingly under attack and losing the battle to kill US industry, the next logical step is for Obama to use his friends at Google to try and brain wash the world with the Climate Religion based on junk science.
