Greenpeace In Decline Like The AGW Scam They Support

Dr Patrick Moore “They have a whole fleet of ships, pretending the $32 million Rainbow Warrior III is powered by the wind when it has two large diesel engines for propulsion. I like to joke that when we first sailed against US hydrogen bomb testing in Alaska we did not have a nuclear weapon on board."

Dr Patrick Moore “They have a whole fleet of ships, pretending the $32 million Rainbow Warrior III is powered by the wind when it has two large diesel engines for propulsion. I like to joke that when we first sailed against US hydrogen bomb testing in Alaska we did not have a nuclear weapon on board.”

Things have not been going well for environmental NGO Greenpeace in the last few months, there was the insanely stupid attempt to interfere with Gazprom operations in the Arctic, which led to the Arctic 30 enjoying the hospitality of the Russian penal system for a few months. Greenpeace also lost a ship, the Arctic Sunrise which is still impounded in the Russian port of Murmansk, and likely to be there until it rusts away and sinks, or ends life as a towed target for the Russian Navy.

In the words of Greenpeace Co-Founder Patrick MooreI’d like to think that Greenpeace left me, rather than the other way round. I became a sensible environmentalist. Greenpeace became increasingly senseless.

Greenpeace apart from being increasingly senseless have also been caught losing millions in donations by failed currency trading, been labelled as a threat to national economic security, and one of their top executives has been caught out hypocritically commuting by air from Luxembourg to Amsterdam.

All this makes for very bad publicity for Greenpeace: Read the rest of this entry

Greenpeace Co-Founder Tells US Senate Earth’s Geologic History Fundamentally Contradicts CO2 Climate Fears

Patrick_Moore_Sensible_Environmentalist

Dr Patrick Moore was one of the co-founders of Green NGO, Greenpeace, for several years Moore was chairman of Greenpeace in Canada, until he became concerned at the political direction Greenpeace was taking, and left the NGO.

Moore is far from popular with his former NGO and other Greens, in January 2012 he spoke about the Green folly of wind power describing it as “a destroyer of wealth and negative to the economy.”

Then in July 2012 Moore caused more Green outrage and upset when he attacked the warming alarmists for their attempts to cover up the lack of warming for what was then 15 years.  “These people are either completely naive about the relationship between CO2 and plants or they are making this up as a way of  deflecting attention from the lack of warming for the past 15 years”, said Moore.

In August that year Moore gave an interview to the Washington Times:

Ideology is negative in so far as it tends to divide people into warring camps with no possible resolution. My late Greenpeace friend Bob Hunter suggested early on that in order for environmentalism to become a mass movement, it would have to be based on ideology, or as he called it “popular mythology,” because “not everybody can be a Ph.D. ecologist.”

On February 25th 2014 Moore appeared before the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, his former NGO really will not like what he had to say: Read the rest of this entry

Greenpeace’s Santa Has A Splattergate Moment

Tis the season to be jolly unless of course you are a joyless Green climate zealot in which case tis the season to try to frighten children.

This latest video from Greenpeace has Downton Abbey actor Jim Carter (the butler) doing an impression of Saddam Hussein dressed as Santa broadcasting from a bunker during an air raid.

“Dear children, regrettably I bring bad tidings,” the Greenpeace “Santa” says, speaking from what looks like a stark, dimly lit bunker. “For some time now, melting ice here at the North Pole has made our operations and our day-to-day life intolerable and impossible, and there may be no alternative but to cancel Christmas.

COP19 – Green NGOs To Walk Out Of The Climate Circus

Green NGOs are set to walk out of COP19 talks due to lack to progress in wealth redistribution.

Green NGOs are set to walk out of COP19 talks due to lack to progress in wealth redistribution.

After years of having a hysterical mainstream media pushing the Green fear meme, having politicians desperate to placate their shrill demands the Green NGOs like Greenpeace, WWF, FoE et al are having a tough time adapting to the new reality.

The writing first appeared on the wall at COP18 for the Green NGOs, when their interruptions to the climate talks was for the first time limited to just 30 seconds. A year later and the reality has still not sunk in, Green NGOs are now irrelevant to the COP negotiating process, despite still weaving their Green propaganda and junk science into IPCC Assessment Reports.

COP19 was always going to deliver absolutely nothing, even before the Boy King Obama killed off wealth redistribution loss and damage which effectively delivered the coup de grâce. Read the rest of this entry

Greenpeace In Russia: The Criminal Charges Pile Up For The Arctic 30

Excellent video from CBC News showing the detention at gun point of the Greenpeace activists in their Zodiacs while the Russian Coast Guard ship pursues the Greenpeace vessel Arctic Sunrise, and then opens fire with several warning shots.

Right up to the point where the Russians open fire, Greenpeace really do not have any comprehension of where this is going, or just how much brown smelly stuff they are just about to step into.

In another video clip shot er sorry, filmed, on the bridge of the Arctic Sunrise the Captain of the Russian Coastguard ship can be clearly heard saying “if you do not stop your vessel we will use weapons“.

The response from Greenpeace is typically smug and very naive, because Greenpeace have a monopoly on deciding what is politically correct for Gaia, and more importantly how we should all live our lives.

Greenpeace:”We are here in order to make the world a better place and in response you are threatening to open fire on our ship“.

In reply the Russian Coastguard fires warning shots, the Arctic Sunrise finally stops, the Russians board the ship and tow it to Murmansk where all 30 people on board are charged with piracy. Read the rest of this entry

Greenpeace – “Russia Has Sent Us A Clear Signal Over The Arctic”

Unprecedented support for the Arctic 30 outside a Murmansk court house

Unprecedented support for the Arctic 30 outside a Murmansk court house

It is now a month since the Greenpeace activists pulled the tail of the Russian Bear and got severely mauled for their trouble.

A month where Greenpeace has had a very steep learning curve about the facts of life of the mechanics of the Russian justice system, a month where Greenpeace has learned they do not have the support of the “Civil Society” they always claim to be acting on behalf of.

Attempts to garner support for the Greenpeace activists in the pages of such Green Liberal MSM outlets as The Guardian and The Independent have failed to get any form of support for the Green martyrs, as this piece of blatant propaganda from Greenpeace director John Sauven shows: Read the rest of this entry

The Arctic 30 Green Cashcows For Greenpeace, Scapegoats For The Russians

The 30 Green sacrificial lambs being used as a cash cow by cynical Greenpeace.

Some of the Arctic 30,  Green sacrificial lambs being used as a cash cow by a cynical  Greenpeace.

Free the Arctic 30. Donate, donate, donate, donate till ya drop.

Try as they might the combined forces of Greenpeace and The Guardian just cannot motivate the civil society they claim to represent to be outraged and indignant, in the Liberal Green way they should be, because 30 self appointed guardians of the Arctic are in assorted Russian prisons.

The lack of support in the now 4 current articles in the Guardian Environment section shows how out of touch Greenpeace are with public opinion here in the west, as well as in Russia.

An opinion poll in Russia on the actions of the Russian authorities gives 66% support for the way the Greenpeace employees were dealt with, though 17% thought the charges were too harsh and 8% deplored them as too lenient. There is a very big message that all the Green NGO’s would be well advised to hear loud and clear in this poll from the Russian people:

Two in three respondents said the government should curb any attempt of foreign-based environmental organizations to stop Russia from developing the Arctic basin.

Four Bad News Stories For The Green Dream

Bummer Russian Prisons in the Arctic are cold! Really? What about Global Warming and the Arctic being ice free any day now?

Apparently Russian Prisons in the Arctic are cold! Really? What about Global Warming and the Arctic being ice free any day now?

The bad news for the warming alarmist movement continues apace, as hot on the heels of the IPCC AR5 report crashing and burning on the indifference of politicians across the planet come 4 more bad news stories for those that have an irrational fear of CO2 and Western Industrialized society.

One of the cornerstones of the Climate Scam is the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the UN wealth redistribution scheme to give away US $100 billion annually to developing countries to mitigate climate change brought about by the evil West developing industrialized society.

In a letter to the board members of the GCF, 133 NGOs from developing countries called for the adoption of a robust environmental and social framework through which the GFC could operate.

They wrote: “developed countries are obligated to provide the necessary finance to enable affected peoples to deal with climate impacts, build resilience, and shift to more sustainable, equitable low carbon development pathways.

Obligated?

There has been no warming for 17 years, severe weather events are at an all time low, even the UK Guardian has had to admit the 2013 Hurricane season has been flat, the scam has unraveled, not one single Green Armageddon event has yet happened, and Green NGOs are talking of obligations.

The UN IPCC have already admitted that they plan to redistribute the world’s wealth by Climate Policy. Read the rest of this entry

The Guardian Trys To Bolster Support For Greenpeace Pirates And Fails

Greenpeace protestor outside the Russian Embassy in London. Then Green equivalent of the 19th Century British Army's Forlone Hope.

Greenpeace protestor outside the Russian Embassy in London. The Green equivalent of the 19th Century British Army’s Forlorn Hope.

One of the most interesting aspects of the Greenpeace pirates story is the deafening silence from the embassy’s of the foreign nationals currently under arrest in Murmansk. Apart from some muted comments from the Dutch about the Arctic Sunrise being a Dutch registered vessel and a faint mumbling from the Finns about one of their nationals, nobody seems bothered about a bunch of Green activists being in prison.

This must have come as a surprise to Greenpeace who are used to Politicians in the West hanging on their every word and being terrified of upsetting Greenpeace on its self appointed mission to destroy industrialized society.

So when Greenpeace director John Sauven wrote this piece in The Guardian in today they would have been expecting unwavering support from the Green Guardianistas who would of course be suitably outraged that these people were arrested for following their conscience, one of the most noble Liberal acts anyone can do, and which, should of course, make you immune from any sort of punishment. Russians Start Charging Greenpeace Activists With Piracy

The Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise anchored near Murmansk with a Russian Coastguard gunboat and tug.

The Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise anchored near Murmansk with a Russian Coastguard gunboat and tug, indications are that Greenpeace are going to need a new crew, assuming the Russians let them have Arctic Sunrise back.

The world now knows, the Russians are playing hardball with the self appointed Green Guardians of Gaia, and not before time it must be said, for too long now insidious Green NGO’s have had the ear of governments, contributed to the junk science of the IPCC and feel they can interfere with legal operations of any country, if they, Greenpeace do not agree with it.

There would be at least some credibility if the position Greenpeace adopted was based on sound observed science, instead according to Dr Patrick Moore one of the founders of Greenpeace, who has since parted company with the NGO:

The speaker was also highly critical of the organization he co-founded, claiming it’s counter-productive today from an environmental standpoint.

“The organization should at least base its positions on science,” he said.
