Labour And The Selective Use Of Science

By Tory Aardvark

Last week Home Secretary Alan Johnson sacked Professor David Nutt because Professor Nutt told the truth on the dangers of both legal and illegal drugs.

Today in a near thermo nuclear encounter with Sky’s Adam Boulton Johnson raged away about scientists entering the political arena, with scant regard for the Prime Mentalist’s entry in to the scientific arena a couple of years ago when he bleated about cannabis being lethal. All the evidence has always shown that cannabis is non lethal in so much as you cant overdose on it and die, like you can alcohol.

Lord Winston respected medical expert and Labour whip in the House of Lords spoke out in support of Professor Nutt and the selective use of science by the Labour Government for political ends. Read the rest of this entry

LABOUR’s Neo Nazi Attack Falls Apart…Part 2

By Tory Aardvark

Since Hugh’s post this little gem has appeared on Gudio’s site

Tony Blair told his dinner guests, now smeared by David Miliband and other Labour politicians as homophobes and neo-Nazis, that

First of all can I welcome the new Prime Minister of Poland here very warmly indeed and say we are delighted to see you here in Downing Street… The relationship between Poland and Britain (is) a very strong relationship founded on a shared history and also shared values and this close co-operation lives on today through the work we are doing in the European Union together.

Updated… Hague’s article in the Mail clearly demonstrates just why Millichump is unfit to be Foreign Secretary, of …well…anywhere.

Jacqui Smith Labour Protect Their Own Again

By Tory Aardvark

Watch Jacqui as the coven looks adoringly on and gives her support

As per usual Labour have closed ranks and demonstrated that there is one rule of law for the political elite, and another rule of law for everyone else; such is the arrogance and contempt Brown and his Labour government have for the population.

Due to a promotion and various commitments on the day that the Standards and Privileges Committee met there were 5 Labour MP’s and 1 Conservative MP.
Why was the meeting to discuss Smith not postponed until there could be a fair and balanced committee?

The typical Labour whitewash that they are trying with Baroness Scotland and will doubtless try with Harriet Harman.

The Times says her career is ruined; The Telegraph doubt that she is sorry.

Sir Thomas Legg can still order her to pay the money back or the public can take action against her, Guido on the BBC News.

Baroness Scotland Investigated By The Bar Standards Board

By Tory Aardvark

The story of Baroness Scotland and her illegal worker has been running for some time now. The Labour Government have as usual applied the double standards it uses to protect it’s own; ordinary people who fall foul of the Attorney General’s own laws get prosecuted, she has merely made a mistake understanding a law she personally pushed through on to the statue books.

If you need a quick reminder about the story so far click here

The Law Giver

Baroness Scotland

The Bar Standards Board is the barrister’s watchdog and is investigating the Baroness following complaints that she brought the profession into disrepute.

There are still a number of unanswered questions regarding the existence of a second passport, paying the illegal worker in cash and now there are allegations of theft from the illegal worker’s home.

Anyone with honour would have resigned by now, but as there is no honour or integrity in Gordon Brown and his morally and intellectually bankrupt government she is the still the Attorney General.

Gordon Brown Will Take No Action Against Law Chief

This utterly unbelievable, once again Gordon Brown has shown himself to be completely free of honour, integrity, transparency and fairness.

This is the sort of action we have come to expect from Brown and his corrupt, lying and largely unelected government.

If you want to read more of the odious details about this story then Sky’s political correspondent Joey Jones said: “The risk, from Gordon Brown’s point of view, is that he has embroiled himself in controversy, and the issues over Baroness Scotland will dog him throughout the run up to the Labour conference.”

Guido at order-order has this to say

David Blackburn at the Coffee House comments

The Attorney General speaks on Sky

This absolutely scandalous, there is one rule for the Labour Government, and there is another for all the rest of us.

Brown knows the General Election is lost, and Labour doomed, which is why he holds every one of us in utter contempt and treats us as though we are stupid.
This is not going down well with the public, as can be seen from the comments posted at Coffee Shop and Guido.

This story is unlikely to go away anytime soon

Well done Cyclops yet another nail in the coffin of Labour.
