The Thompsons Farm under siege by the Department of Environment and Conservation
Back in September Aardvark blogged about the plight of the Thompson family in Western Australia as the Gauleiter for Climate Change and The Rhineland set about destroying the Thompson’s farm because Matt Thompson dared to speak out against the man made global warming scam.
The latest news is that the Thompsons are still there, under siege but still on their farm.
Jo Nova takes up the story
For all the supporters of the Thompsons, Janet writes to describe the kind of limbo they are living in. The eviction day October 15, came and went in a blur of work. They remain on the property only due to court injunctions, which have no certainty. Matt and Janet are their own lawyers — doing all the paperwork — with helpful advice from all round, especially Peter King. Legal suits were launched from both sides. The Thompsons are basically under siege, living week to week in their home, waiting, though not sitting still. They can’t farm, so creating political pressure and fighting in the courts are their only options.
What kind of government does that to its own citizens?
As it says at the top of this blog, The People Should Not Fear The Government, Government Should Fear The People, the voters of Western Australia need to remind their politicians of this fact.
The year is 2010 the place is Western Australia, the place is not Germany circa 1935, yet when you read Janet Thompsons guest blog on Jo Nova you would be hard put to realise the time difference.
We are still on our property, living behind locked gates, not ever leaving our property unattended, for fear that the receivers will move in, take equipment and change the locks while we are gone.
Because we were willing to go public with our story, and because of the amazing amount of support we received when Joanne Nova, Anthony Watts, and many other good people put our story up, we have received: donations of money to our children, to help put a roof over our heads when we are forced to leave our property; donations of time from lawyers and consultants; moral support in the form of phone calls, emails and faxes; offers of sheds and empty houses for a place to live; and the list goes on
That is one hell of a price to pay for speaking our against the Climate Religion policies of Western Australia.
At the moment, at least here in Western Australia: the environmental and animal rights extremists have been so organized, so vocal, and so well-funded for the last 30 years or so, and we producers have been so busy producing, and so trusting of people’s goodness, that politicians are only catering to one end of the spectrum – the extreme left. In order to make the most of our horrendous story, we must carry out a multi-pronged approach:
1. We must push for the courts to rule on the constitutionality of legislation that gives a government department like DEC such untempered and absolute power as they have. (This is part of our application in Federal Court.)
2. We must let our “conservative” politicians know that we are going to be more angry if they do not act on shoring up property rights, than the other side will be if they do.
3. And to support both of these agendas, we MUST, somehow, get publicity and public support. Last Monday’s demonstration was a classy and respectful way of doing this, and it was wildly successful, judging by the mainstream media coverage we received. Why must we carry out stunts to get attention? I do not know, but I know that the dark greens are only too willing to do so, and they control our legislative process at the moment.(It’s a shoe-string operation: I spent $84 on supplies for the Funeral for Property Rights on the steps of Parliament House last Monday, and I gave our friend, the bagpipe player, some money for petrol, as he drove up and back (4 ½ hours total) pro-bono because he believed in our cause — but he could not really afford it on his pension. We will eat Ramen noodles for a week to offset these costs, and it is well worth it.)
These warming alarmists are the same the world over, Western Australia seems to be leading the way in eco fascism at the moment, but given half a chance the eco mentalists like Greenpeace, The Green Party of Caroline Lucas, WWF and Friends of The Earth will don jack boots and behave like Nazis because they are saving the planet.

The only time this will stop is when our politicians grow a big enough set of balls to stop pandering to the Left and actually listen to the silent majority who don’t want to live in a Fascist state dominated by Climate Religion.
What is happening to the Thompsons in Western Australia could just as easily happen in Britain under Chris Huhne and the Eton Grocer, as Climate Religion still has an unhealthy hold on our Vichy Coalition Govenrment

They violate the 1st Amendment by placing protesters in cages, banning books like “America Deceived II” and censoring the internet.
They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns.
They violate the 4th and 5th Amendment by molesting airline passengers.

Why the constant references to NAZIS? National socialism PROTECTED farmers in Germany from this kind of BS! What is needed is guys with guns to stay at the property, and let it be known that it would be VERY unwise to trespass. If more people looked at the protections Germans had against the “system” of talmudic control, they would see they were right to do so. People today whine and complain about the government and the bankers, yet Germans stood up to these VERY SAME GROUP OF PEOPLE. Don’t kid yourself, they are the same…….if people knew what they had planned for the future, it would already be over, people wouldn’t stand for it. They are doing it slowly, like boiling a frog. They want to end ALL private farms.
The worst part is they have censored so much information, and lied so much until the lies became truth, people haven’t a clue who is behind all this. They also “self censor” so when someone shows them WHO is behind this nonsense, they cover their ears and close their eyes. The holocaust has really screwed with peoples heads to make it look like these people are victims. They are not, and there is a reason they have been kicked out of 84 countries 109 times……..For this kind of rubbish!…….Im sick of it, it’s so simple.
The reference to the Nazi’s is because of the way the government of Western Australia behaved becuase someone dared to speak out against Climate Religion.

If you disagreed with Hitler and National Socialism you were against Germany, and it’s workers, and most likey a jew. That’s where “Democracy” is flawed. It allows creatures who do not have the nations best interests at heart to move in that direction. Honestly, have you ever actually listened to any of Hitler speeches? The third Reich was against exactly this type of corruption and I find it laughable (and sad) that so many people are fighting the same enemy all over the world (international jewry) and yet when someone shows them it’s nothing new, they ridicule and continue complaining. The answers are simple. Get the jews out of banking , out of the government, out of the media, and out of the education system (which is what Germany did). In less than 5 years Germany went from a basket case with people out of work and dying from hunger, to a powerhouse, mostly because they disconnected from jewish bankers, and created their OWN debt free money, backed by the labor of the German people. Contrary to what jews say, most of Europe was united with the Germans against the communists. Germany did NOT want war with England or America, and saw the people of those nations as allies against the jewish communists. Because Churchill,Stalin and Roosevelt and Eisenhower were all JEWS, the people never got the full story of what Hitler and Germany were all about.
National Socialism is about PROTECTING industry and workers (and the nation) from the wild stock speculation and profits out of thin air (look at America today, it’s finished thanks to the jew). It grounds the economy to something of value-peoples work.
What you are seeing here is a GLOBAL takeover of the food system. In case you haven’t already noticed. Who is doing it? Who is the driving force…. jews……they know food is essential, and used it as a weapon against the Ukrainians and starved them to death. The same fate awaits those nations that do not understand what is going on, and how late the hour really is. The government, which is a tool of the jews, and is owned by the jews, along with the reserve bank, are dumping unhealthy toxic food from china on Australian shores, and cheering all the way to the bank. National Socialism would prevent this act of treason against it’s people.
As for banking, ask why the government does NOTHING to help it’s people own a home, or prevent international bankers from creating money out of thin air, then loan it to the people at interest.
They are all on the same team thats why. They loan fictional money to people, then raise the rates and yank the home from under them, collecting valuable land that cost them NOTHING in the first place. Eventually the whole nation becomes owned by jewish bankers, and thats the way they have designed the system. Democracy is an illusion for dimwitted people who think their vote counts.
The system is designed to FAIL you, and everyone around you, because it does not work for you.
If you don’t have the courage to even look, then, I pity you, you will never see any truth in the world around you.

The above story is a bit incoherant. Exactly how being a Global Warming denier led to the Thompsons farm being taken by “global warming cultists” is never exactly spelled out. Instead we get a bunch of hate filled paranoid rantings about conspiracies. You sound like crazy person. No wonder no lawyer wants to get involved. Only a fool acts as their own lawyer it is said, and surely the courts hate lone seekers of justice handling their own cases and arguing upon obscure and poorly understood Constitutional points.
Take my advice don’t mention the Magna Carta.
