Warmist Institute Admits That An Effective Climate Agreement In 2015 Is Not Likely

What little science there ever was behind man made global warming has been shown to be wrong, yet the Green political machine still thunders on.

More bad news for warming alarmist central, this time from a pillar of the Church of Climatology, the Norway based Center for International Climate and Environmental Research (Cicero).

A report by Cicero has concluded that the chances of an effective international treaty being signed in 2015, are about as likely as the Arctic being ice free in 2012, or was it 2020?

The world is actually further away from a climate deal than it was 16 years ago when the Kyoto Protocol was adopted, decades of the annual UN Climate Circus have achieved nothing it is against this background that the Cicero researchers decided to try an ascertain what an effective climate agreement would consist of.

Their findings are really bad news for the UN backed AGW boondoggle:

According to a new report by Professor Benjamin Sovacool of Denmark’s Aarhus University unless the word moves to all wind solar there will be global drought by 2040.

A new survey of over 1000 earth scientists shows that only 36%, agreed with the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that humans are main the cause of the non existent global warming.

It cannot be long until roaming squads of Green Feldgendarmerie are hanging traitorous scientists from lamp posts, until all that is left are the 76 scientists that form the mythical 97% consensus.

Running hand in hand with the vicious and vitriolic of course is the patently ludicrous, is this case, a report about fossil fueled electricity generation causing the world to run out of water by 2040.

The author fails the Green test of impartiality, but why worry about double standards when your noble cause is saving the world, the end justifies the means as the saying goes.

A UN sponsored climate conference in Venezuela has gone badly wrong for Big Green when it ended with a declaration to dump carbon taxation and the Green economy.

The latest Green stupidity from the EU commission is to cut Greenhouse gas emissions 40% from 1990 levels by 2030, in plans announced last week.

Warmists Already Lowering Expectations For 2015 COP21 Agreement

The road map to COP21, note the beginning of the end of fossil fuel use scheduled for 2016.

There was a departure last year at COP19 with the warming alarmist industry scaling down the expectations of exactly what COP19 would achieve, which was just well, because in addition to being the 5th successive UNFCCC COP meeting in a row to crash and burn, COP19 showed the cracks appearing in the Green agenda.

All the Green NGOs and other self proclaimed representatives of civil society, walked out of the meeting when the western world refused to pay trillions of dollars in so called “Climate Justice” money. The cake was then truly iced with an awesome bout of name calling between Venezuela and the EU Climate Commissar Connie Hedegaard, who blamed Hedegaard not only for the failure of COP19, but also COP15.

The spectre of COP15 haunts the warming alarmist pysche, the high water mark of Green ambition, it has all been downhill since 2009.

So ingrained into the Green collective memory is COP15, they now believe that politicians will not reach a meaningful deal because they are frightened of having another COP15 debacle at COP21.

The stupidity and religious belief in their own propaganda got these Green fools into a mess of their own making, which has happily ended with no loss of life or injury, just a huge amount of carbon pollution from dirty ships bunker fuel, and aviation emissions from the Chinese helicopter that rescued the fools.

The explanations as to why the ice was so thick have ranged from the ludicrous “Sea ice is disappearing due to climate change but here it is building up“, once the global laughter had died down Turney admitted it was weather not climate that had caused the huge build up in Antarctic sea ice.

So the big question is are we headed for a new ice age?
