Desperate Warming Alarmists Use Comical Ali Tactics
Posted by Tory Aardvark
Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf was the Iraqi Information Minister at the start of Tony Blair’s illegal war and very soon gained a global cult following for his bizarre claims about Iraqi military successes and Allied tactics
On an air attack on Najaf, he said: “What they say about a breakthrough [in Najaf] is completely an illusion. They are sending their warplanes to fly very low in order to have vibrations on these sacred places . . . they are trying to crack the buildings by flying low over them.”
Through out history countries and organisations come out with most bizarre claims in the last days before total calamity befalls them and of course, Al Gore and his followers at the Church of Climatology are no exception.
Recently Gore announced he was regrouping for the rest of 2010 and to fill the void left, the AGW propaganda machine is ramping up the bullshit, Comical Ali style.
Amid Al Gore’s recent concession speech to his zombie followers, for example, he apparently couldn’t help himself from linking every recent bad weather event he could think of with global warming—from floods in Nashville and Pakistan to the recent heat wave and forest fires in Russia.
Before that, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) took the opportunity of an ongoing East Coast heat wave to proclaim the current decade to be the hottest on record and to proclaim that global warming is “undeniable.”
Beyond doubt, the science is proven, global warming is undeniable, 50 days to save the world, the favourite sound bytes of the warming alarmist trying to suppress discussion.
Not only has there been no warming since 1995, but it’s likely the alarmist-made temperature record is actually showing more warming than is actually occurring. Between temperature measurement stations being located on heat-retaining airport runways and other urban heat islands, and the Climate-gate mafia gradually removing cooler, rural weather stations from their data gathering, it must be really embarrassing for the alarmists to have to lie and cheat to keep the data from showing the real-life slight cooling that in all likelihood is actually occurring.
Do they lie and cheat or are they just wrong or just stupid?
When the terrible tragedy of Haitian earthquake happened literally within minutes Hollywood Z lister and second rate actor Danny Glover said the earthquake was caused by global warming, Glovers very own Comical Ali moment.
Finally, the greens typically assume that any change in climate is necessarily bad. So far, we only know that cooling is potentially problematic for agricultural production. Climatic warming has yet to be anything but a boon to mankind.
But reality will matter less and less to climate alarmists as their visions of cap-and-trade in this Congress, once a sure bet, fade away. Keep that in mind as you read the climate-related news this fall.
With next private jet and hooker fest at Cancun aka COP 16 there will be many more Comical Ali moments to come, especially when that stupid woman from the EU Connie Hedegaard starts up the AGW propaganda and tries to kill industry and growth in the EU with more hair shirt self-flagellation.
The major problem for the COP 16 scam is that the terrible and silent ghost in the room will not be capitalism, it will be the lack of belief world wide in the scary scenarios and lies of the warming alarmists and above all, all those empty seats in the Church of Climatology when Al Gore next preaches.
